Village is an all brick community conveniently located within walking
distance of outlet shopping and many restaurants in the I-95/204 area.

lot is owned independently by individual local builders. Buyers work
directly with the builder that owns each lot for the building of their

The Amenity Center is not complete but will include a swimming pool,
lake, playground and picnic area. When the center is complete,
Homeowner’s Association dues will increase from the current rate of
$120* per year to $420* per year.
